During my recent stay at Le Clos Dessyag, I found the culinary innovation truly noteworthy. On arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, setting a warm tone for my visit. The breakfast was a standout, featuring fresh bread, homemade preserves, and a delightful array of local cheeses. It was an impressive start to each day, although I often found myself savoring only small portions. The ambiance of the dining area, complemented by the ambiance of the welcoming gardens, made every meal feel like a special occasion. I appreciated the host's effort to accommodate our dining preferences, allowing us to heat up dinners when local options were limited. The property's rustic charm, together with comfortable rooms and secure gated parking, created a relaxing environment. While I wish I could have stayed longer to explore more of the offerings, I left feeling truly satisfied with my experience.
